Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Custom and Personalised Items As our products are made to order (print-on-demand), items that have been personalised or custom-made are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error: we cover return shipping.
- If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size: return shipping is at your cost.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
